KARATE FOR ADULTS

Karate is an exciting and multi-faceted blend of physical, mental and spiritual components, which offers many life-changing benefits not found in most other activities. It is fun, yet challenging, and can potentially put you into the best shape of your life. You will be able to control your weight; gain greater energy and stamina; develop a strong, toned, healthy body and fight premature aging — the result of which is a longer, fuller and more exciting life.

In addition to acquiring a technique for self-defense, Karate-Do develops the whole person — physically, mentally and spiritually. Stress management, self-discipline, confidence, leadership skills, and mental calmness are all additional benefits of this art.

The dojo (Karate school) is also a great place to meet wholesome new friends, and acquire a positive, healthy lifestyle for yourself and your family.

Karate offers a complete mind/ body workout that develops physical strength and mental discipline. Enso offers traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate.
